ok, so this is my last post about engage!09 :: encore…for now! (check out here where i live blogged engage!) this one is just too fun not to share. i was thinking about a good thank you gift for the event hosts (the ladies of engaging concepts) and i settled on a custom designed, hand-embroidered wedding garter with "the encore" logo…

i didn't think i could fit it all on such a small space, so i went with "the encore." it is hand embroidered in poppy, one of engaging concepts' signature colors (cement being the other color). the background is silver satin with a white grosgrain stripe (1.5 inches wide).
thank you gifts can be hard sometimes, especially when you really want to give something that shows your appreciation. i have my stock thank you gifts that i often give out, like a tin of the sandunes from hope, faith & gluttony 'cause they are amazing, but for this one, since it was such a big, business changing event for me, i went with something that was a little more personal and reflective of my company. you could say that i thanked them with my time and effort! kind of corny, but it works!
