I loved working with the bride to hand make her a personalized wedding garter heirloom. Her beautiful wedding garter was made with polka dot tulle, silver and blue. Yes, that's right! What a combo! The polka dot tulle is the base for the main garter and I layered stripes through the center in gray and navy blue. I finished with a navy blue bow with long tails. I also made a matching tossing garter in silver.
