I loved working with the bride to hand make her a personalized wedding garter heirloom. Her beautiful wedding garter was made with ivory lace ruffles and light blue. This garter design features layers of ivory ruffles, each one shorter than the last. At the top I added a finishing stripe of light blue and a bow. I also made a matching tossing garter in ivory and blue.
