'Tis that time of year for fresh starts and lots of organization! When you become engaged and are planning a wedding, it is an whirlwind of activity and meetings and research and to-dos! It can be hard to keep it all organized….unless you have a binder! Or maybe you are looking for an amazing engagement present that the couple will actually use and be helpful to them? I've got you covered in this post with lots of wedding planning binders and organizational notebooks.
In this next installment Garter Girl Loves of I've rounded up a collection of wedding organization tools that you can find on Etsy. You can get a plan or empty notebook to take notes, you can get instant downloads (also called a "printables") of wedding planning sheets that you can print out yourself, or you can get a pre-designed wedding organizer with tabs and folder pockets. Whatever your style and preferred method of wedding organization, you are welcome for looking through all of these wedding binders on Etsy, because there are a lot to choose from!
You might be thinking: Why would I need a wedding planning binder when I can just save it all on my computer or on Pinterest?? Even though much of your wedding planning will take place online, you will still need to keep things organized in person. I highly recommend some sort of notebook or binder to keep all of your wedding planning information all in one spot. You will have ideas and inspiration and it is OK to keep that on Pinterest or on your computer somewhere, but you will also have to take notes and some vendors might give you papers (think contracts and planning sheets and timelines). You might also have ideas pop into your mind or you'll have a massive to-do list and you'll want to check things off. Lastly, many of the wedding planning binders and printables will guide you through the process, giving you timelines, to-do lists and questions to ask your vendors. So, they are organization and helpful advice all in one! Bottom line is that "yes" you will keep things organized online, but you'll also need a spot to keep keep all of your notes, thoughts, ideas, questions and to-do's!
What I love about the wedding binders and notebooks that I found on Etsy is that many of them were designed and assembled by former brides themselves. It is the actual binder or printable organizational tool that they used (or wish they had!) for their own wedding, so you know it will work! It always helps to get advice from someone who has been through it before and what is better than a wedding binder from a former bride!?
