If you’re planning your wedding and looking for a meaningful way to give back, this Giving Tuesday is the perfect moment to do something beautiful for others and for yourself. I’m proud to introduce a new ongoing way to support a cause that’s close to my heart while also saving on your wedding garter heirloom.
If supporting a nonprofit or charity with your wedding is on your wedding planning to-do list, you’re in the right spot. I’m announcing a new option for couples looking to support a worthy cause and save money on their wedding. All you have to do is donate $50 to The Confetti Foundation and in return you’ll receive a $50 discount on a luxury wedding garter from The Garter Girl.
Through a donation to The Confetti Foundation, you can now receive a $50 discount toward your luxury wedding garter from The Garter Girl. Whether you’re choosing from my 'Just Say Yes' Collection, 'Couture' styles, or working on a custom wedding garter design, this special offer is a chance to celebrate your day while helping a child feel celebrated on theirs.
I'm launching this partnership with Confetti Foundation in advance of Giving Tuesday, but it’s available year-round. It’s more than a one-time promotion. It’s an invitation to bring more intention into your wedding spending.

The Confetti Foundation is a non-profit organization that’s been close to my heart since the very beginning. I’ve supported them from day one, and I’m honored to serve on their board.
Their mission? To bring birthday parties to children in hospitals, pediatric oncology clinics, and hospice care across all 50 states. Because no child should miss the joy of being celebrated on their birthday, especially when they’re stuck in the hospital.
So this year in time for for Giving Tuesday, I’m doing something special. If you're new around here, remember, Giving Tuesday is a movement that encourages generosity by supporting nonprofits on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.
When you donate $50 to The Confetti Foundation, I’ll give you $50 off your wedding heirloom.
Yes, it’s that simple. Your donation makes a direct impact and throws a much-needed hospitalized child’s birthday party. A $50 donation funds one birthday party in a box for a hospitalized child. And to thank you for your tax deductible donation to Confetti Foundation, I’ll give you a $50 discount on any heirloom purchase over $100, including custom designs.
If you’re considering a handmade keepsake wedding garter or planning to design a custom wedding garter heirloom, this is a beautiful way to bring even more meaning to your wedding day.
Here’s how it works:
Make a $50 donation to The Confetti Foundation
Forward your tax-deductible receipt to me via email at info@thegartergirl.com
I’ll send you a $50 discount code or apply the $50 toward your custom order
The fine print:
Each $50 donation is good for one $50 discount on any heirloom priced at $100 or more.
Each discount is good for 6 months from the date of your donation
Discounts can only be used on individual heirlooms priced at over $100.
Multiple $50 discounts must be used on separate orders (For example, if you donate $100, you’ll receive two $50 discount codes to use on two separate heirloom orders.)
Discounts can’t be split, combined or redeemed for cash value.
If you have questions about how to support a non-profit with your wedding, I wrote a post that walks you through the most thoughtful ways to incorporate giving into your celebration. Spoiler: it feels amazing.
This wedding discount offer is personal. It’s meaningful. And it’s something I’ve never done before.
Because when we bring our communities together, we can create more joy. More connection. More love on your wedding day and far beyond it.
If you're searching for a meaningful way to support a non-profit and save on your wedding, this Giving Tuesday offer is just the beginning. With nearly two decades of experience in the wedding industry and a passion for creating handmade bridal garters that are as sentimental as they are stylish, I’m proud to partner with The Confetti Foundation to give back, today and always.
