I can't believe that summer is already here. As many of you know, I typically take a sabbatical or break of sorts in the summer. This allows me to take time to be with my family and my kids who are all home from school. This summer break also gives me time to rest and recharge creatively, which after 20 years in the wedding industry is so, so important!
Here is how The Garter Girl will operate in the summer 2025:
I am taking a summer break from production and will not be making any heirlooms or shipping any heirlooms from June 1, 2025 until September 1, 2025.
This summer break in production applies to all heirlooms including custom designs as well as heirlooms in my Couture, Just Say Yes and Sample Sale collections.
All orders placed before June 1, 2025, will ship as normal, which means that you'll receive your order in about 14 days after your purchase date.
All orders placed after June 1, 2025 will ship starting the week of September 15, 2025.
You may continue to place orders for wedding heirlooms, or secure a spot for a custom heirloom by making a custom design deposit over the summer. Orders placed between June 1st and September 1st will be completed in the order in which they are received and begin shipping the week of September 15th.
After September 1st, I will open the shop back up again under my normal production schedule.
