I wanted to share a custom wedding garter that I recently made not because of the garter design - although it is gorgeous, if I do say so myself - but, because of the hand embroidery on the inside of this custom garter. It is gold embroidery of the bride's new monogram and the couple's wedding day. This is a stunner of a custom garter!
I love this custom garter so much for how simple, yet totally elegant, it is! This custom heirloom is all ivory with an ivory satin background and a stripe of textured ivory grosgrain and an ivory satin bow tied just in the center. But, the main attraction - and the detail that the bride will love forever - is the embroidery that I put on the inside of her garter. In gold thread, I hand embroidered her new monogram and the couple's wedding date. Hello, gorgeous!?
