I loved working with the bride to hand make her a personalized wedding garter heirloom. Her beautiful wedding garter was made with lace from the bride's family's wedding dress. It's a great way to re-use a family dress without having to wear the same style. The lace is layered on top of tulle and satin. I also made a matching tossing garter.
