When it comes to making a special wedding garter for a bride, my favorite is re-using family materials of all kinds. For this beautiful wedding garter, I used the bride's Mom's bridal veil to create a custom design. This custom garter is a combination of tulle and lace. On the inside I personalized the garter with hand embroidery of her wedding date.
