I loved working with the bride to hand make her a personalized wedding garter heirloom. Her beautiful wedding garter was made with ivory lace ruffles and navy blue. These layers of ivory lace ruffles are shorter each layer added. At the top, the garter is finished with the navy blue stripe and bow. I also made a matching tossing garter in ivory and navy blue.
