It is wedding engagement season! Yes, that's right! This is the time of year when nearly 70 percent of couples become engaged to be married. The time between Thanksgiving and Valentine's Day is the most popular time of year to pop the question and ask them to marry you. And, what do you need to ask the biggest question ever? A ring! For this installment of Garter Girl Loves, I scoured all through Etsy (You are welcome, because there is quite a few thousand engagement ring choices on Etsy!) and found a collection of unique engagement rings that are sure to bring a tear to your eye!
I recently read on The Knot – the largest wedding resource around – that more and more couples are prioritizing engagement rings that are hand made from artists versus engagement rings from big box store chains. I am loving this trend! When I think of custom and artisan, I think Etsy! There are so many unique and beautiful engagement ring choices on Etsy from sellers who are making each and every engagement ring themselves. The art and design of crafting an engagement ring is so amazing to me and I am so glad to hear that couples are looking for rings that are hand made from independent sellers.
Etsy now allows sellers to carry vintage items, so there are quite a few vintage engagement rings. These estate rings are so special, you can just imagine the love story behind a vintage engagement ring!
