Real Wedding Garter: Amy’s Gray & Yellow Stunner

I loved making this modern, gray and yellow wedding garter for Amy! Amy lives in Washington, D.C. and I've really enjoyed getting to know her over the past year. I've also loved following along on her blog, The Relentless Bride.

She is a sweet girl and planned such a beautiful wedding with lots of little touches to her love, Larry. Amy's personalized wedding garter is dark gray grosgrain with a white satin stripe and a yellow satin bow. It is hand embroidered with their initials and the wedding date in navy blue.

Here are all of the bridesmaid's navy shoes and dresses together. You can see her garter in the background on the bed. I just really loved this photo…

And, the final photo. Amy said that this is one of her favorite photos and I have to agree! The shoes, the dress, the garter, it all just looks amazing….
