For the brides who loves orange, you'll fall for today's custom wedding garter! The bride and groom met at college where their team colors included orange and purple. The bride told me she wasn't afraid of the color orange – the brighter the better! I love making all styles of custom wedding garters, but I especially love when the heirloom garter is a great mix of meaning for the couple and is also a classic and timeless design. And, this garter is just that!
To compliment her feminine side and to make an heirloom that she will love forever, her garter was a base of ivory satin with a delicate layer of ivory lace over the orange satin. The ivory satin and the ivory lace tone down the orange a little bit. For the couple's alma mater, there is a stripe of bright orange satin and a purple satin bow.
