Happy new year, from my little stylish wedding garter family to yours! The new year is here and what is the best thing to do on a day like this? Look back at the year and all of your successes, of course! I was going through some traffic and stats from this past year, and I also wrote this post on my top nine wedding garter images on Instagram. I thought it would be fun and interesting to share some of The Garter Girl's biggest moments over on Pinterest. (You can find The Garter Girl on Pinterest right here.) I love social media and all that it has done for my bridal garter design business. It has connected me with many brides in search of an elegant wedding heirloom, and also many wedding professionals to collaborate with throughout the year.
Pinterest is also such a great wedding planning tool for engaged couples. They can save and easily sort their wedding ideas all in one place. I also love that engaged couples can easily share their wedding planning ideas and inspirations with their wedding vendors, such as their florist and planner, to clearly communicate their wedding day vision. I know that I love getting the links to wedding boards from my brides because it helps me to see their wedding day goals. I want to design custom wedding garter to perfectly fit their style and being able to clearly see their vision is so helpful.
With that in mind, here are some stats for Pinterest for this past year for The Garter Girl….
TOP CLICKED PHOTOGRAPH

This heirloom, vintage wedding dress photograph brought The Garter Girl the most traffic via Pinterest. Of all of my photographs on Pinterest, it was clicked the most. This lace photograph links to a post that I wrote on my blog about 5 ways to reuse your mother's wedding dress. Currently, I use this same wedding dress lace in my polished wedding garter style. I love this lace, I can see why it was a top traffic source for The Garter Girl.

TOP WEDDING INSPIRATION BOARD

This lace wedding garter photograph is pinned to my romantic wedding day inspiration board on Pinterest. This lovely and romantic wedding ideas board is my top perforating board. In terms of clicks, pins, likes, comments and re-pins, my romantic board is above all the rest. My readers seems to really like the romantic and feminine wedding details!

MOST VIEWED GARTER
This custom wedding garter design with ivory lace ruffles and a perfect navy blue satin bow was my most viewed pin this year on Pinterest. This means that of all of my images on Pinterest, users looked at this images the most! I can't say that I blame them, the ruffles on this custom garter are on point, and the navy satin is so elegant!

MOST REPINNED GARTER
This is my beautiful wedding garter style from my limited edition bridal garter collection. This photograph is of the back (Yes, I said the back!) of the garter and it was the most repined photograph of mine on Pinterest. Users really seemed to love the lace in the garter style and, of course, how can you argue with the gorgeous satin bow that ties perfectly in the back??
