Hold onto your luxurious and preppy loving hearts, because I have a custom wedding garter to share today that will melt your heart! This custom garter design is a little big luxury and a little bit preppy, just like the bride herself! I absolutely love how this wedding garter turned out for their recent winter wedding.
The couple was married just before the holiday season in December, but they didn't want their wedding decor to be over-the-top red and green for the holidays. (They wanted to display their wedding photos all year long, not just during the holidays!) Instead, they opted for a classy, traditional, slightly preppy vibe for the big day in the winter. The bride has a very classic, preppy personal style and with that in mind, I though a personalized version of my glamorous wedding garter style was the right fit for her garter design.
This custom wedding garter features a light ivory satin background with a stripe of classic navy blue and a stripe of ivory lace. The whole design is finished off with a gorgeous navy blue satin corset tie in the back. I hand embroidered the couple's initials wedding date on the inside of the garter.
Is that not the most luxurious and preppy wedding garter you've ever seen??
