Welcome to The Garter Girl's gallery of custom wedding heirlooms! I've worked with this wedding garter for three different wedding garters for family members over the years! It was a pleasure working with the bride's aunt to hand make her niece a personalized wedding garter heirloom with materials from her mom's bridal veil and the lace sleeve of her aunt's wedding dress. Her custom wedding garter was made with ivory lace from the bride's aunt's wedding dress, and dusty blue satin, detailed with an ivory flower detail and tulle from the bride's mother's wedding veil. On the inside of her heirloom garter, I hand embroidered the bride's name in script font to be her something blue and to add a touch of personalization.
