Sometimes, we go collegiate with our design. This fun orange and maroon design is right on trend for our local Virginia Tech University. I started with a base layer of ivory satin and ivory lace, then a stripe of orange polka dot ribbon and another stripe in maroon. I also hand made a matching tossing garter.
