I loved working with the bride to hand make her a personalized wedding garter heirloom. Her beautiful wedding garter was made with materials from her Mom's wedding dress. Re-using her Mother's wedding dress was a great way to acknowledge and recognize her Mom on her wedding day without having to wear the same style of dress. This unique wedding dress featured some ivory ribbon and lace applique that I pulled to create these two wedding garters.
