This tulle lace and blue wedding garter is the perfect something blue for the bride. I loved working with the bride to personalize this wedding garter for her. The beautiful wedding garter features a base of ivory satin with a layer of ivory tulle lace on top - and at the center is a perfect stripe of light blue. I also made a matching tossing garter for her set. On the inside of her wedding garter I added hand embroidery to personalize it. She chose to have the couple's initials and wedding date embroidered in light blue.
