Garter & Handkerchief: Made from Bride's Mother's Veil

Passing down an item as precious as a bridal veil to your daughter is a special moment to cherish in life. Turning bridal veils and wedding dresses into wedding garter heirlooms is my speciality. As the bride doesn't always want to wear the same style as her Mom, here I take the bridal veil and use the lace material to turn it into a custom wedding garter. I finished the garter with a simple bow at the center.

I also made a custom wedding handkerchief with lace from the bridal veil, too. I also added hand embroidery to the hanky to showcase the bride and groom initials.
