Custom Navy Blue and Ivory Lace Ruffled Garter

I've made this ruffled styled of wedding garter so many times, but I love it more and more each time! We are getting into the winter wedding season and navy is such a chic color for a wedding. It isn't as dark as black, but it has that elegant tone, which I love. This custom wedding garter used navy blue as a pop of something blue for the bride and it turned out the perfect mix of vintage with the lace and elegant with the navy blue satin. Love it!
