My studio, if you can even call it that, was recently featured on the totally hip Brooklyn Bride blog. The Brooklyn Bride has a studio tour series where she features the work spaces of companies in the wedding industry. Check out the tour and read my interview here.
I was little surprised when she featured my space, as it is more function over form…and in my bedroom. I love working from home. It keeps overhead down and I can be home for my family. But, I do dream of a beautiful space where I can spread out my projects and make a mess without feeling guilty!
Here are a few pictures…
To give you an idea of just how much my work space is a part of my home, my friend Jessica was over taking a few pictures one afternoon, the garter tot (my 2 year old little girl) woke up from her nap and started getting into everything, even a few pictures. climbing up onto my desk and pushing buttons on my sewing machine is one of her favorite things to do…
Head over to the Brooklyn Bride blog to check out more pictures of my space and read my interview.
Thanks, Brooklyn Bride!
