I don't know what came over me today? I've had it in my mind for months that I wanted to design a wedding garter inspired by a tulle skirt. I thought it would be something fun and super style that a bride could wear on her wedding day. Today, was doing some sewing of other wedding garters and I just did it! Here is a the tulle skirt inspired wedding garter that I created today. It is an ivory satin background with layers of ivory tulle detailed with an ivory satin bow.
